Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is published in compliance with the requirements of Indian payment processors (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) and applicable laws governing charitable donations in India.

1. Nature of Donations

All contributions made to Gyanaartha Education Foundation are considered voluntary donations towards charitable causes. As a registered non-profit organization with 80G tax exemption, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Donations once made cannot be cancelled. If you have made a donation in error or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us immediately at connect@gyanaartha.org or +91-9967177672.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
  • Transactions made due to demonstrable system errors

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at connect@gyanaartha.org with your transaction ID, date of donation, amount, and reason. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. No Refund Scenarios

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with fund utilization (as per our mission statement), or if the 80G receipt has already been issued.
